Basic Vinyasa~ This thorough introduction to the building blocks of a vinyassa yoga practice teaches enhanced selfawareness through breathing techniques, yoga postures and relaxation skills. The Vinyasa style blends the ancient wisdom of many yogic traditions including Ashtanga, Iyengar and Traditional Hatha into a new expression. It is a dynamic, flowing yoga that connects movements with breath through a series of postures that will strengthen, increase flexibility and build endurance.
